Hearty Cobb Salad Great use of leftover turkey, this dinner salad is always a smashing hit.
- 2 cups Honeysuckle White Whole Turkey, cooked, cubed (great for leftover turkey!)
3 tomatoes, diced
2 avocados, diced
6 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
4 eggs, hardboiled, sliced
1/4 cup black olives, sliced- Bottled or homemade blue Cheese dressing for accompaniment
- Arrange tomatoes, avocado, blue cheese, turkey, hard boiled eggs and olives over a bed of shredded romaine lettuce.
- Serve with blue cheese dressing.
