Hearty Cobb Salad
This classic composed entrée salad—one of the most requested in restaurants—is perfect for giving leftover turkey a delicious makeover.
Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups Honeysuckle White Whole Turkey, cooked, cubed (great for leftover turkey!)
3 tomatoes, diced
2 avocados, diced
6 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
4 large eggs, hard-boiled, sliced
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
Purchased or homemade blue cheese dressing for accompaniment
Cooking Directions:
- Arrange tomatoes, avocado, blue cheese, turkey, hard-boiled eggs and olives over a bed of shredded romaine lettuce.
- Serve with blue cheese dressing.
