Honey Mustard Slaw

1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons honey
1 to 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 cups coarsely chopped cabbage
2 cups coarsely chopped romaine lettuce
2 cups peeled, shredded jicama
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, mixing well. cover and chill thoroughly.
  2. Combine cabbage, lettuce, jicama and green onions in a large bowl; toss gently. Pour dressing mixture over cabbage mixture; toss gently. Sprinkle with chopped pecans just before serving.

Makes 8 servings.
