1 cup (8 ounces) plain yogurt
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon orange juice
1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/4 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
Cooking Directions:
- Whisk all ingredients together until well combined and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Makes 1 cup or 8 (2 tablespoon) servings. Recipe may be doubled.
*To Supreme an Orange: Using a paring knife, remove the skin, pith, and outer membrane from the citrus fruit. Carefully cut each segment away from white membranes.
