Honey Vinaigrette
This versatile honeyed vinaigrette goes well with a variety of salads.
Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon champagne or white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons shallot, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 tablespoons olive oil
Cooking Directions:
- Whisk together honey and next four ingredients; whisk in oil. Keep refrigerated.
Makes about 1 cup.
