Horseradish Colelaw Dressing

A vibrant coleslaw dressing with kick.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Directions:

1. In bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
