Orange Shallot Dressing
A versatile dressing that pairs well with a variety of salads and vegetables.
Recipe Ingredients:
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
3/4 cup vegetable oil
6 tablespoons white wine
6 tablespoons sherry vinegar
1 shallot, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Cooking Directions:
- Combine ingredients in a food processor and purée until smooth and emulsified. Refrigerate.
Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
