Orange Vinaigrette
This versatile, zesty orange vinaigrette works well on salad greens, fruit salads and a variety of steamed, sautéed and roasted vegetables.
Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
6 tablespoons orange juice
1/4 cup white distilled vinegar or cider vinegar
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
Cooking Directions:
- Combine vegetable oil, orange peel, orange juice, vinegar and sugar in screw-top jar. Cover and shake well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Makes about 3/4 cup.
