Pink Salad

1 (3-ounce) package strawberry gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, undrained
  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and chill until cooled but not set.
  2. Combine cream cheese and whipping cream together, mixing well.
  3. Fold in remaining ingredients and the cooled gelatin, mixing well.
  4. Pour into glass serving dish or mold. Chill until set, at least 4 hours.

Makes 8 servings.
