Tomato Orange Salad

2 oranges, peeled, thinly sliced
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup red wine vinegar fat-free dressing
1/2 cup (2 ounces) mozzarella cheese, finely shredded
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
  1. Arrange oranges and tomatoes in circular pattern on serving plate. Drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with cheese and basil.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Nutrition Information Per Serving: 45 calories, 1.5g fat, less than 5mg cholesterol, 260mg sodium, 7g carbohydrate, 1g dietary fiber, 3g protein.
