Tropical Turkey Salad Turkey breast, grapes, celery mandarin oranges, olives and pineapple, almonds with a creamy dressing.
- 2 to 3 cups Honeysuckle White Turkey Breast, cooked and chopped
1 cup white seedless grapes
1 cup diced celery
1 (11-ounce) can Mandarin oranges
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
6 black olives, chopped
1/3 cup low fat mayonnaise
3 teaspoons onion, minced
1 cup pineapple tidbits
1/2 cup almonds, slivered
- Combine all ingredients. Chill and serve on lettuce leaf or in a tomato.
