Very Berry Salad
When the season is in full bloom, enjoy this summer bounty collection of fruits while you can.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup red raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup blackberries
1 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt
1 teaspoon almond extract
Cooking Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine strawberries, red raspberries, blueberries and blackberries. Add yogurt and almond extract. Carefully fold into the berries. Refrigerate until serving time.
Makes 6 servings.
