Turkey Pitas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 pound cooked Honeysuckle White Turkey Breast, cubed, skin
removed
1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
4 pita breads, cut in half to form pockets (white or wheat)
1/4 cup fat free or low fat garlic ranch dressing
- Place lettuce, turkey
and tomatoes in pita bread pockets and top with dressing.
