Philly Mushroom Cheese Steak Wrap

Recipe Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 ounce sautéed onions
1 ounce sautéed peppers
1 ounce sautéed mushrooms
4 ounces thinly sliced beef steak meat (such as Steak-Umms)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 (0.5 ounce) slices provolone slices
1 (12-inch) tomato-flavored tortilla
Cooking Directions:
- Heat butter in skillet, sauté onions, peppers and mushrooms until softened, approximately 5 minutes. Remove; set aside.
- Place steak meat in same skillet over medium hot heat. Place the sautéed onions, peppers and mushrooms over steak. Season with salt and pepper.
- Chop steak and vegetable mixture with spatula and cook to temperature of 165°F (73.8°C).
- Place 2 slices of provolone cheese over steak mixture and melt. Slide spatula under steak and place on lower third of tortilla. Roll burrito style, slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.
