Blueberry Pineapple Sauce
Great on pancakes, waffles and French toast. Try it with grilled chicken, too!
Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup water
1 pint blueberries
Cooking Directions:
- In medium saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch; gradually stir in pineapple juice and water. Add blueberries. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until sauce bubbles and thickens.
- Store in refrigerator in tightly sealed containers.
Makes about 3 cups.
