Great on potatoes, corn, steaks...whatever pleases you!
Chili-Lime Butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- Grated peel of one lime
- Juice of one lime
- 2 teaspoons red chili flakes, or to taste
- Mix together all ingredients. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
Makes 1/2 cup.
