Chutney Cream Cheese
Use as an appetizer spread on a variety of breads or crackers.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped mango chutney
1 teaspoon curry powder (optional)
Cooking Directions:
- Using a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients until well blended. Store in refrigerator, tightly covered, for up to 5 days.
Makes 1 cup.
