
Espresso Rub

Recipe Ingredients:
2 tablespoons finely ground espresso beans
1 tablespoon garlic pepper
2 teaspoons brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon ancho chili powder
Cooking Directions:
- Combine the ingredients and apply evenly to all sides. Cook beef to desired doneness.
Makes 1/4 cup.
Tip: Rubs can be applied just before cooking, or up to 2 hours in advance. Just refrigerate seasoned beef until cooking time.
