Fresh Grape Salsa

Fresh Grape SalsaServe this refreshing grape salsa with grilled chicken, pork or seafood.

Recipe Ingredients:

2 cups coarsely chopped California seedless grapes
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup diced fresh or canned Anaheim chiles
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon bottled hot pepper seasoning

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; mix well.
  2. Let stand at least 1 hour before serving.
  3. Drain off excess liquid before serving.

Makes about 2 cups.
