Grapefruit Pecan Cream Cheese Topper

Recipe Ingredients:

1/3 cup pecans, finely chopped
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 Texas Rio Star Grapefruit, sectioned
2 tablespoons grapefruit zest

Cooking Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth and of spreading consistency. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Makes about 1 1/3 cups.
