Honey-Citrus Cranberry Sauce

No recipe image available.This smooth, honeyed citrus and cranberry sauce can be used as a dessert sauce or as an accompaniment with roasted meats, poultry and seafood.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 pound cranberries
3 cups orange juice
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
2 oranges, chopped

Cooking Directions:

  1. In a saucepan stir cranberries into boiling orange juice until all the berries are popped. Remove from the heat.
  2. Add honey, grated lemon peel, grated orange peel, and chopped oranges. Process in a blender or food processor. Chill until ready to serve.

Makes 10 servings.
