Honey-Lime Ginger Glaze

No recipe image available.A simple citrus glaze. If using on roast, baste the last 15 to 20 minutes of cooking time to avoid burning.

Recipe Ingredients:

6 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons grated fresh gingerroot
6 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Cooking Directions:

  1. Stir together honey, ginger root, lime juice and oil. Use to baste meat throughout cooking time, glazing well just before removing pork from grill.

Makes about 2/3 cup, enough for 4 pork chops.
