Horseradish Sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 to 3 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill weed
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- In a small bowl, stir together sour cream, horseradish, and dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
Makes 1 cup.
