Lone Star Steak Sauce

1/2 cup butter
3/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
  1. In a saucepan, combine butter, pepper, liquid hot pepper sauce, lemon juice, crushed garlic clove, dry mustard, and salt. Heat until the butter melts and the mixture is smooth. Serve with salt steak.

Makes about 1 cup.
