Bring a touch of the Mediterranean
to your dinner table. Try on a pork roast or pork tenderloins.
Mediterranean
Rub
- Zest of 2 lemons
1/3 cup thinly sliced garlic cloves
1/3 cup fresh rosemary
1/4 cup fresh sage leaves
1/4 cup coarsely ground black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
- Place all ingredients
in the bowl of a food processor and process until garlic, herbs
and lemon zest are chopped finely and ingredients are thoroughly
combined. Store covered in refrigerator.
Makes about 1 cup.
