Use this sauce on your
favorite ribs or chops. As with most tomato-based sauces and
other sauces containing sugar, be careful not to brush on sauce
too soon so as not to burn. Baste ribs during the last 30 minutes
of grilling. Also, set some aside to serve at the table.

Favorite Barbecue Sauce
- 1 (16-ounce) bottle basic
barbecue sauce
1/2 cup bourbon
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons molasses
- Combine all ingredients
in a medium bowl.
Makes about 1 1/ 2 cups.
