Vanilla Cream Cheese
This sweetened spread complements a variety of breads, and is especially nice with toast.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Cooking Directions:
- Beat ingredients together just to combine and transfer to serving crock. Keep unused portion tightly covered, stored in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Makes 1/2 cup.
