CHA! BBQ Glazed Grilled Salmon

CHA! BBQ Glazed Grilled SalmonGrilled salmon fillets are lacquered in a simple and delicious glaze made with nothing more than CHA! sriracha sauce and barbecue sauce.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup CHA! by Texas Pete
1 cup barbecue sauce
5 (5 to 6-ounce) salmon fillets for grilling
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine the CHA! with the barbecue sauce and mix well. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
  2. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place skin side down on a lightly oiled grill. Glaze the salmon during the cooking process with the spicy CHA! barbeque glaze. Cook salmon on both sides to desired temperature.
  4. Carefully remove from the grill and serve immediately.

Makes 5 servings; 2 cups glaze.
