Grilled Alaska King Crab Legs and Provençal Butter

Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1 1/2 to 2 pounds Alaska King crab legs, thawed if necessary
Zucchini, red pepper and eggplant, sliced for grilling
Cooking Directions:
- Melt butter with the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in garlic, thyme, and rosemary and remove from heat. Reserve 1/2 cup as a dipping sauce.
- Place Alaska crab legs shell side down on an oiled grill. Grill approximately 4 minutes, brushing with butter mixture until the crab is thoroughly heated through.
- Place vegetables on the grill. Brush with butter mixture and grill, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- Serve with remaining 1/2 cup Provençal butter as a dipping sauce.
