Grilled Alaska King Crab Legs and Provençal Butter

Recipe Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1 1/2 to 2 pounds Alaska King crab legs, thawed if necessary
Zucchini, red pepper and eggplant, sliced for grilling

Cooking Directions:

  1. Melt butter with the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in garlic, thyme, and rosemary and remove from heat. Reserve 1/2 cup as a dipping sauce.
  2. Place Alaska crab legs shell side down on an oiled grill. Grill approximately 4 minutes, brushing with butter mixture until the crab is thoroughly heated through.
  3. Place vegetables on the grill. Brush with butter mixture and grill, turning occasionally until cooked through.
  4. Serve with remaining 1/2 cup Provençal butter as a dipping sauce.
