Honey Mustard Shrimp and Prosciutto

Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
4 tablespoons Florida honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
6 slices prosciutto
16 large Florida shrimp, cooked, peeled, tail on
Honey Mustard Sauce:
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
4 tablespoons Florida honey
2 tablespoons peanut oil
4 tablespoons soy sauce
Cooking Directions:
- Whisk together the mustard, honey, and soy sauce until well combined.
- On a cutting board, cut prosciutto into triangles; coat one side of meat with a thin layer of honey mustard mixture. Wrap prosciutto around center of each shrimp leaving tail exposed.
- Place shrimp on a serving tray; cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with Honey Mustard Sauce.
- For Honey Mustard Sauce: Whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
