These shrimp are basted with a sweet and sour sauce. The sauce is also excellent on pork and fish.

Mesquite Grilled Shrimp with Orange-Honey Sauce

1 pound shrimp
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 cup prepared mustard
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  1. Leave the shell on shrimp and cut lengthwise to the tail through the shell; devein. Place shell side down on a low to medium grill. Cook about 5 to 7 minutes, or until done. Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
  2. Combine mustard, honey, orange juice and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Baste shrimp with mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with remaining sauce.

Makes 4 servings.
