Seafood Casserole
Crab and shrimp are tossed with mayo, Worcestershire sauce, green bell pepper, onion and celery, topped with crushed butter-flavored crackers and baked.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 pound crabmeat
1 pound deveined and cooked shrimp
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup finely diced onion
1 1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups crushed butter-flavored crackers (such as Ritz)
Paprika for sprinkling
Cooking Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Lightly grease a 13x9x2-inch baking pan; set aside.
- Mix first eight ingredients together. Pour into prepared baking pan. Top evenly with the cracker crumbs. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and lightly browned.
