Spicy Clams with Lime Butter

Recipe Ingredients:

50 (1-inch) clams
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 cup white wine
1 tablespoon chopped jalapeño pepper

Lime Butter:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup lime juice

Cooking Directions:

  1. Rinse clams and drain.
  2. In large sauté pan with lid, bring remaining ingredients to a boil. Add clams and cover. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until clams open (discard any unopened clams). Serve with Lime Butter.
  3. For Lime Butter: Melt butter and add lime juice. Serve with Spicy Clams.
