Spicy Tropical Shrimp

Recipe Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup diced pineapple
1/2 cup diced water chestnuts
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons soy sauce

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and toss well. Chill 2 hours.
  2. Preheat broiler.
  3. Drain shrimp and place on broiler pan.
  4. Broil 3 to 4-inches from heat source for 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are opaque and pineapple begins to brown.

Makes 4 servings.
