
Tikka Monkfish Kabobs

Recipe Ingredients:
1 pound monkfish fillets, skinned and cubed
2 tablespoons tikka curry paste
2 tablespoons natural yogurt
1 green pepper, seeded and cubed
Cooking Directions:
- Preheat the broiler.
- Blend the tikka paste with the yogurt.
- Thread the fish and pepper onto 4 short, soaked, wooden skewers. Brush generously with the tikka mixture.
- Cook under a moderate broiler for 8 to 12 minutes, turning once and basting with any remaining tikka mix.
- If desired, serve with raita and lime wedges or pita bread and a green salad.
Makes 4 servings.
