Fresh green beans get a new twist with this side dish.

Green Beans and Cabbage with Coriander Butter

4 tablespoons butter
3 cups chopped cabbage
1 1/2 cups fresh cut green beans
1 teaspoon ground coriander
  1. In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, until butter begins to turn golden brown.
  2. Remove from heat and add cabbage and green beans; toss to coat with butter. Sprinkle in coriander and toss well.
  3. Return to stove and cook over low heat, covered, 10 to 15 minutes, until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

Serves 6.
