The perfect simple side dish along side your grilled pork. Also try adding a little olive oil or herbed spiked butter to the corn before grilling.

Grilled Corn on the Cob

4 corn on the cobs, husked and cleaned
  1. Wrap each ear of corn well in aluminum foil.
  2. Place foil-wrapped corn directly over hot coals; grill for about 3 to 4 minutes on a side, turning to grill evenly, about 12 to 15 minutes total.

Serves 4.
