Roasted Asparagus
- 1 pound asparagus
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
Salt, optional to taste
Lemon juice to taste or use raspberry vinegar to taste
- Wash asparagus and cut off tough ends
of stalks. Toss with olive oil and mix in minced garlic and salt.
Spread on oiled cookie sheet.
- Bake in oven 375°F. for 20 to 30 minutes,
turning after 10 minutes. Cooking time will vary according to
how thick the asparagus is and how done you prefer them.
- Serve with a sprinkling of lemon juice
or raspberry vinegar.
