Roasted Red Potatoes

No recipe image available.Simple and delicious. Red potatoes are roasted with lemon juice, black pepper, salt and fresh rosemary.

Recipe Ingredients:

3 1/2 pounds red potatoes, halved
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly cracked
2 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves separated

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In roasting pan, combine all ingredients; toss to coat.
  3. Roast 45 to 60 minutes, turning occasionally, or until tender.
