Serve this satisfying soup when the gang comes over to watch the big football game. Serve with warm flour tortillas or tortilla and/or corn chips and seasoned white rice.

Ortega Taco Soup

1 pound ground beef
1 (16-ounce) jar ORTEGA Salsa - Homestyle Recipe (Mild)
1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans
1 (15-ounce) can black beans
1 (14.5-ounce) can beef broth
1 cup water
2 cups frozen corn
1 (1.25-ounce) package ORTEGA® Taco Seasoning Mix
  1. Combine beef, salsa, kidney beans, black beans, broth, water, corn and seasoning mix in large saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook for 30 minutes. Serve topped with sour cream and cheese, if desired.
