Tomato-Cheese-Onion Soup

1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed French onion soup
1 (28-ounce) can whole tomatoes, undrained
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
5 slices French bread, toasted
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Prepare onion soup with water according to label directions in a medium saucepan. Add tomatoes with liquid. Bring back to a boil, remove from heat and stir in Swiss and mozzarella cheeses.
  2. Ladle soup into individual serving bowls. Top each with a slice of toast. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese to serve.

Makes 4 servings.
