Three Cheese Baked Pasta with Turkey

No recipe image available.A cheesy layered pasta dish made with penne pasta, cooked turkey and spaghetti sauce. Serve with tossed green salad and crusty bread. A great recipe for leftover holiday turkey.

Recipe Ingredients:

No-stick cooking spray
2 cups uncooked dry penne pasta
6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese - divided use
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese - divided use
1 (26.5-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
2 cups chopped cooked Butterball® Turkey

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray 13×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse and drain. Meanwhile, mix 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, the ricotta cheese and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese in medium bowl; set aside.
  3. Spread 1/2 cup of the spaghetti sauce on bottom of prepared dish. Top with half each of the pasta, cheese mixture, turkey and remaining spaghetti sauce. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
