
Turketti
Turketti, the traditional after-Thankgiving cheesy spaghetti casserole. Start the tradition with your family this year, they're going to love it.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup uncooked spaghetti broken into 2-inch pieces
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese - divided use
1 (10.25-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped roasted red pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Cooking Directions:
- Cook spaghetti al dente according to package directions; drain.
- Combine cooked spaghetti with all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese.
- Spoon into 1 1/2 quart greased baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Makes 6 servings.
