Bakers (also known as Chefs) sour cream is a restaurant quality, grade A sour cream designed to meet the high demands of commercial foodservice business, which can be purchased for home use, as well. Regular sour cream and "Bakers" are interchangeable. The fact is, in most cases, low-fat and fat-free sour cream can be successfully substituted for regular sour cream in recipes.
