Apricot Chipotle-Glazed Cream Cheese
This cream cheese appetizer spread with its apricot chipotle glaze is sure to be a hit at your next get-together.
Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup apricot preserves1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce from a can, finely chopped
1 teaspoon adobo sauce
2 teaspoons MAGGI Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
Assorted crackers
Cooking Directions:
- Heat apricot preserves, chile, adobo sauce and bouillon in small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute or until bouillon is dissolved. Cool to room temperature.
- Place cream cheese on serving platter; pour apricot sauce over cream cheese. Serve with crackers.
