Artichoke dip is a must-have at any gathering! Serve warm with an assortment of cut-up fresh veggies or crackers.
1 (14-ounce) can of artichoke hearts
3/4 cup of mayonnaise
3/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drain and finely chop 1 can of artichoke hearts (or use a food processor).
- Mix with Hellmann's Mayonnaise (known as Best Foods on the west coast) and freshly grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 10 minutes or until browned.
Makes about 3 cups dip.
