Beer Cheese Spread
Allow this cheddar cheese and beer spread, seasoned with Worcestershire, dry mustard, seasoned salt and hot pepper sauce, to sit for several hours or overnight to give the flavors time to blend.

2 cloves garlic, finely minced
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 (12-ounce) can beer, at room temperature
