Blue Cheese with Pecans Dip

No recipe image available.Bits of crumbled blue cheese and toasted chopped pecans highlight this creamy blue cheese dip.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups purchased refrigerated blue cheese dressing
1 1/3 cups chopped pecans, toasted
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (about 4-ounces)
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Cooking Directions:

  1. Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until smooth. Beat in dressing. Stir in 1 cup pecans and crumbled blue cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Transfer dip to a serving bowl. Sprinkle remaining pecans around edges of dip.
  3. Set dip in center of platter. Surround with a variety of cut-up vegetables and crackers; serve.

Makes about 3 cups.
