Chili Cheese Dip
A great dip choice for tailgate parties, Super Bowl Sunday, or any time for that matter!
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (10.5-ounce) cans chili, no beans
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onion
2 tablespoons chopped jalapeño slices (optional)
2 tablespoons sliced black olives (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread softened cream cheese in 9 x 13 x 2-inch glass baking dish and then spread chili on top. Sprinkle cheese, onions, peppers and olives on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with tortilla or corn chips.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
