Clam Dip

No recipe image available.An exceptional clam dip made with minced clams, cream cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, onion and a dash of Tabasco.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup minced clams
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1/4 cup clam liquid
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons chopped onion
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Few drops Tabasco pepper sauce
1 loaf round bread

Cooking Directions:

  1. Soften cream cheese with clam juice, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  2. Cut out center of round bread and form chunks from inside of loaf. When ready to serve, pour clam dip into hollowed out bread. Serve with bread chunks.

Makes about 2 cups.
