Dilled Cheese Squares

No recipe image available.These great tasting cheesy little appetizer squares are quick and easy to prepare.

Recipe Ingredients:

16 ounces Gouda cheese (4 cups shredded)
3 large eggs (beaten)
1/4 chopped red pepper and green onion
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed

Cooking Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl; pour into ungreased 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) until puffed and lightly browned, 25 to 30 minutes.
  3. Cool several minutes; cut into squares.

Makes 16 squares.
